mmm.. these temps are good actually. have you overclocked your current gpu clock speeds?

Have you done the crossfire configurations? ( such as ulps,profile etc. )

As Onus said, yes but also make sure you have power saving turned off.

If you have your cpu cores unparked, then park 'em again. also you can try enabling power saving through windows ( if not hurting your performance too much ) for AMD cpu's we can lower the power given to cpu in AMD Catalyst..
