You should get at least a 600w for some future upgrading like SLI or Ram upgrades. EVGA NEX 650G or 750G should be good for you. Also instead of an extreme 3 maybe an extreme 4 would be better for you.

LOL the processor isn't for FPS. It is to power the system and all the other parts. In a high end build like 2 770s or 780s then it is better.

It will be fine. The i5 is NOT crappy compared to i7. Unless you play a ton of CPU intensive games but it doesn't matter because the video card comes first.
