I've been having strange issues with my PC lately which started when my case fans connected to a fan hub would all shut off when playing a game. I suspected that the hub itself was dying, so I plugged some of the fans directly into my motherboard to have some cooling and still be able to game...

I opened my PC to clean it and found some green liquid present on 3 of my case fans (All three exhaust). It's not on anything else and I've included an image below. Could anyone have any guesses what it could be from? I don't have a liquid cooler and have never spilled anything into the PC...
