Hi, i am trying to clone a HDD to another HDD.. obviously. When looking for information on cloning HDD's i see a lot on "HDD to SSD" but not very much on HDD to HDD. I want to make sure i can do this without any issues. Basically i would just like someone to recommend me a reliable HDD to HDD...

I just put in my samsung 250gb evo SSD. I used the EaseUS todo backup program to clone my western digital hard drive on to my SSD and now when i boot my computer the SSD shows it is only half the size. I am relatively new with hard drives and such if you tell me to do something please explain...
