Self bump because I really would like to get this fixed instead of blowing a lot of money on buying another headset.

Sorry for the late update! Just updated the BIOS to the latest version, and it still doesn't work. Tried uninstalling both the keyboard and headset/mic after the BIOS update. Also updated them, and still no solution. Any ideas?

Just tried that. Seems that the most recent driver is a .ROM, which I need to run with the EZ Flash thingy, but when I load the file in EZ Flash, it gives me an error. I read somewhere that it needs to be run from a bootable USB, is that true?

So if I get the name of my MOBO I can just download the latest MOBO driver and install it? Or is there anything more complicated I should be aware of before I accidentally wreck my computer?

Both the Razer and Ducky drivers are the most recent ones from their websites. Tried several different USB ports to no avail.

I just received my newly bought ducky shine 3, and it seems to be causing me trouble. When it's plugged in, my microphone (razer megalodon usb mic) isn't working, but when I unplug the keyboard, the mic is working fine. I don't see how the keyboard should be causing it, but through extensive...
