hmm, for me it set fan speed to 65% on starting up the pc, i think it was just setting fan to manual at whatever was the last set manual option - 65% for me since i did set it like that for a bit and for ppl who hadnt touched the settings it set to default 20%

do the exact same thing i did in New Vegas after tutorial - find nearest bunch of deathclaws(near the quarry) try to sneak shoot one, fail miserably, run like hell, die.
