I tried using each storage unit separately just to see if anything worked. But now have only the one with windows on and a newly formated bootable usb. The power supply I had it on the same computer and has never had a single problem. And I kept it since it was compatible with everything else...

Yes it is installed in one of the SSDs but it tries to do a repair as if there was a power surge and it freezes exactly in the same way as if I was trying to install from a usUSB. (I just updated the post to save time for others.)
