I also have a R9 280 and I have no problems with GTA5. Difference is your CPU. I have a i5 and you have a AMD CPU. So the problem is something that has to do with your CPU......What, I don`t no.....but looking on google or You Tube helps also :)

If you have 2 gpu`s then 850 is enough BUT if you have 2x gtx 980ti, TitanX, R9 290x, R9 295x2 or the R9 390x.......Then a 1000w Psu is recommended :) If you want to overklock the gpu and/or the cpu also......you need extra to. Hope this info helps a little :)

Non of them. I would wait 1 month when the R9 390X comes out :) That card can REALLY handle 4k at 60fps :D

what monitor(s) do you have??? Because maybe the stuttering problem is or are your screen(s)

I think that it is better to wait because next month Amd is gonna release there R9 390X. I should wait.....sell those 2 R9 290X`s & buy 1 or 2 R9 390X`s :) Rumors go that the R9 390X is gonna be a beast :D
