    I am using Windows 7 Home Premium and the mobo is a gigabyte x99-ud5 wifi. I really appreciate you getting back to me. I will try resetting the bios now.

    I have a 1tb hdd internal that was not showing up so i bought a new 5 tb one. neither if them show up in bios or windows ANYWHERE. Can someone please help me. Only my 500gb hdd is recognized and that is my boot drive. Please help asap.
