I found the solution So apparently my laptop has a max refresh of 100hz and was set to 75hz so I went into the nvidia control panel created a custom resolution and manually set the refresh to 100hz and that seems to have fixed the issue along with a bit of color correction!

I bought a msi laptop and it seem that in some cutscenes and apps it appears to have compression artifacts. How can I fix this? spec Resolution 1920 x 1080 GPU 1070 CPU 6700hq here is an example of what I am seeing in steam http://imgur.com/a/QFWAQ

I recently bought a evolv atx glass case and I am now putting a system together but I can only find the USB 3 header, power switch and power light headers. I can't find the hard disk activity headers or the reset switch headers. Am I just blind or does planteks tuck them in a weird spot.
