Im nearly 100% it is not software as I have fresh installed windows a day ago and it still happens. The network disappears for me, like my computer cannot see it.

I cant connect by restarting and it lasts for hours, It isn't my Firewall nor is it the Parental Controls, as I contacted my Provider and they said that there was nothing in place to do this.

There is no way anybody except me,in my family,would know how to do this. I lose connection to my home internet. I can still connect to a mobile hotspot.
