    Windows won’t boot after cpu upgrade

    So I have a msi a320m gaming pro motherboard with Tridentz RGB 8Gb ram and Ryzen 1200, I just bought a Ryzen 2600 but after installing my windows just boots to repair option and I can not reset windows, I tried updating the bios but that didn’t work

    Will my GPU bottleneck my CPU

    So I just build a new gaming pc and I put in a GTX 770 and Ryzen 1200,but when I played some games I was getting lower fps then I should ,so is my GPU bittlenecking my CPU ,and should I overclock it?
