What did you use to burn the iso onto a CD?

Burn it on to a disc using an iso burning application, like Windows Disc Image Burner or imgburn

Yup 840 Evo. You're running on the Older Firmware of that unit. Upgrade to the latest Firmware by going to www.samsung.com/samsungssd and getting the latest iso. They're got a utility called advanced optimization once you update the firmware that's supposed to fix it. I had a customer at my shop...

Keep in mind that the Samsung software doesn't work with the sm951 and the oem variants. Would have to be a samsung retail model for that software to work. Other than that, Acronis, Clonezilla, and Macrium would be fine.

Also important to note that the link you provided says the Model is 3542. I'm not a Dell Expert, but make sure they match as well :) Verify that the Service Tag provided this model.

Are you sure 3545 is a Model? Doesn't come up through any search. Looks like their website doesn't list it either. Check their website to see for the exact model and if it's a windows 10 supported driver.

+1. Try different SATA Cables. I've had similar issues with friends regarding lousy cables. What type of motherboard are you using? And how is the drive connected?

Your results are interesting. I wonder why they have ... at the end of the numbers. Without rapid mode enabled I would assume it to top out below 550mb/s and your 277... implies as if there's more of a result to show. (Unless it's just a resolution issue with the software and your video output)...
