What resolution are using? At 1080p one, 760 probably won't let you max the visual settings and stay over 60fps. Also, the Arma games are notoriously badly optimized and CPU dependent (still cool though).

Make sure you have an 8 or 4 pin power cable plugged into the 12v 4x2 hole near the CPU too. If this is your first time building a modern PC then it's easy to overlook that there are two motherboard power sockets.
