    Windows Explorer Only Allows Me to Create Zipped Folders....

    I noticed that if I arranged my documents folder by "date modified" I could not create a folder, only a compressed one. I then clicked, arrange by "folder", and I could add a normal folder. Perhaps that was the issue?
