I installed AMD drivers and deleted my Nvidia drivers (went from the 1060 to the 7900), I was thinking that the drivers might be the issue, but I dont know how to test that, any way to check if I switched drivers correctly?

So a couple of months back I bought a new RX 7900 XT, installed and it all seems to be fine, but it's pretty "stuttery", it even stutters on situations when it shouldn't be stuttering, and with graphically non demanding games On genshin impact it stutters occasionally when running around the...

The point is that AMD rt is worse, which is fine by me if the trade off is an appropriate amount of VRAM for the asking price, I would be dead and buried before I pay $600 for 12 GB of VRAM

Yeah I know amd isn't great with RT, but I'm not touching a 12 GB Vram card, I care about longevity

Yeah there's very little (if any) bottleneck at 4k. Will check prices on black Friday, the XT got significant price drops, but the XTX not so much If it doesn't drop significantly I will not be able to afford it

I don't really have a 144 Hz monitor, 4K 60 FPS is enough for me really, so as long as the card i have holds for that long with those fps, I'm set

Ok so what do you think? Is it worth to pay 50% extra for that 7900 XT? Im also thinking about the longevity of the cards, I have no intention to upgrade in at least another 5 years
