i unistalled it, but is not working, i ran powercfg again and this time apart of the usb not entering selective suspend, i see the pci express-aspm disable but i can't find a way to check if this is the problem or not

well i did it and the computer still refuse to shut off, the keyboard disconnects, the monitor shuts down but the fans in the pc keeps running. i'm starting to get worried :/
