You can save like 65$ by getting phantom spirit cooler, it's just as good for that CPU ( and it doesnt get very hot anyway). And another 30$ or so by getting 6000 ram.

None of the ones you mentioned have 2x m.2 gen 5, and I don't think you will find one for 220$. If you're ok with only one I'd get Asrock b650 steel legend wifi. The build looks very good. Best RAM and cooler possible afaik, I wouldn't spend $100 extra for the color and RGB on the case though. Rather spend more on something else like storage.
