When doing an upgrade like that, I would suggest a fresh install of Windows. Do a fresh install on Windows and I would expect that the issue would be solved.

Why would you upgrade to the 2600x when you could upgrade to the 3600?

Have you cleared the CMOS yet?

You gotta make sure that motherboard has the current bios version or it wont be compatible with the 3000 series ryzen.
