Whenever I install/update something my downloads are slower than what it should be. Downloading games in Origin works fast and normal. I tried reinstalling steam and changing the download server location but it didn't help. I am getting 1.8MB/s when I normally get 10-15MB/s

I could boot into safemode with command prompt but I couldn't figure out the commands

I enabled the "Administrator" account and tried to do things in control panel on there and I still can't either, no error message or anything, just nothing happens when I click on them

I can't create a new account, because when I click the "add or remove user accounts" button it does nothing. Is there a way to do this in cmd?

Like the title said. I tried to change firewall settings but when I click on "Turn Windows Firewall on or off" nothing happens. Nothing happens when I click on any other option with the shield except for device manager, event viewer and disk management.

Wow, I'm stupid. I forgot that you pretty much had to reboot your system for the ps2 device to work. Sorry for wasting everyone's time.

It works no problem on my windows 7 machine but when I plug it into my 8.1 machine, it doesnt do anything, it's not even recognized in device manager. It looks fairly old too, I love the typing feel so I would hope to keep it. This is the model: Siam United Hi-Tech Model 104DYW50-166

How much better is the i7 4790 compared to the xeon w3565? I got a dell precision t3500 for free and it has the xeon in it, i'm probably going to sell it though
