My sons and I have played Super Street Fighter IV, as well as the Arcade Edition, MK Komplete Edition, and whatever that Comics Super Hero game is (Gods Among Us?), on vs modes and co-op with two 360 controllers and wireless adapter just fine.

You need to purchase an xbox 360 wireless receiver. The official MS ones are preferable, though they will cost more. The generic ones are iffy, but there are some on eBay that give specific instructions that if followed correctly, will work fine. I have purchased 2 MS ones, and one generic one.

I agree, brushed aluminum would look really nice, but it would also drive the cost back up. If they did a special edition in brushed aluminum, I bed it would be back up to a $500 price tag, but it better have a controller to match, if it could be made without being able to get dented easily.

The pull of gravity is relatively weak; you can easily overcome it every time you stand up or throw a wad of paper across the room (before it lands in the trash). I'm not sure if something like this could be retro-fitted into existing laptops, but it would be a nice upgrade.

That's odd that your tv will show that it's receiving a 1080p signal even if your resolution has changed, when it's a 720p tv. That should not be happening unless there is something else in the signal path that is upscaling the image from your video card, such as a stereo/surround sound...
