i7 4770HQ turbo boost 3.4GHz (4cores 8threads)
a few day ago it's run full speed until i remove battery.
now it's active 4cores 8threads with 1.69GHz full speed.
After i remove macbook battery and install windows 10, Monitoring task manager cpu speed not over 1.69GHz(max2.20GHz)
Power option : Processor power management
Min = 100
Max = 100
