What WP needs isn't a different UI, it needs to stop being dumb, closed OS whose capabilities are no better than S40. And it needs to do it very fast. As far as I'm concerned, today is too late. The pain of living with Lumia 920 for 9 months now is insufferable.

Yeah, the hardware is somewhat good even today. It's the OS that is the utter iOS-like crap.
