Always flash 1 second, but only when i turn on my pc. I didnt saw any flashes when i using my pc, gaming, browsing etc. And only sometimes one flash before pc off.

Everytime when i turn on pc i have 1 sec flash on my gpu close to 8+6 pin. Sometimes only one flash above 6 pin. Sometimes 8 pin. sometimes together. I see it everytime when i start pc, and sometimes when i turn off my pc, there quick flash one second before turning off. I changed my psu, now...

by the way, someone have thoughts about why nvidia recommend 650w for rtx 2070 super, when this graphics card have lower tdp than gtx 1080/1080 ti, and even rx 5700 xt?

i hoped this power supply gonna be enough. but if i need new one ... i dont know ... maybe 70-80 dollars?
