You would get 25-30 fps with latest games on medium settings with 720p resolution. You need to upgrade your graphics card. If you are in a tight budget then go for 1050ti or 1050ti mini. It will give you around 50 fps in 1080p resolution with ultra settings.

I think on high settings you will get around 50 fps.

Uninstall and and install your nvidia drivers again by downloading from their website.

Get the Corsair cx 650 series psu. It is be enough for overclocking the 1050ti along with handling all your other components.
