So i fresh reboot about 45 minutes ago, and i haven't opened any games or anything that takes much memory. I have Steam open and I'm watching a video on Chrome, but somehow im using 94% memory???? Its been happening a few days now, it just builds up while I do nothing...

So upon looking into my computer specs, I found out my AMD Radeon(TM) R5 Graphics has 4gb of total memory, but only 1gb of dedicated memory. So what I was wondering is if it's possible to dedicate another gb to video memory?

I bought a Samsung Portable T1 External SSD for my laptop. It requires USB 3.0, which I have but when I use it, it reads/writes at the same speed as my default hard drive, maybe even slower. I have a TOSHIBA Satellite C44D-B with a AMD A8 6410 APU and AMD Radeon R5 graphics, 8gb of RAM.
