I put it back in and didn't experience the same issue. However, I'd prefer to keep the new one in as it has 8x the storage capacity as the original drive. Though I can't say for certain, I'd probably agree that its caused by something in the Razer Blade and not the SSD, I'm just not sure what.

I should also mention that the issue kind of gets better over time. After about 10-15 minutes, it will (for the most part) stop flickering. However before then, it will flicker at least every 60 to 90 seconds.
