Should I be expecting any bottlenecks with my CPU, either both stock speeds or OC'd?

@kwa-e Would my CPU at stock speed botteneck the 770? and if I were to buy a single 8GB RAM would buying the same one a year later able to do 16gb? "Wouldn't really risk overclocking as ampage on the 12V rail doesn't seem enough for OC load." ELI5 please T.T

Whenever I connect my HDMI cable to TV from my laptop, it says not connected. I have done the fn+F7 which did nothing, windows+P which also did nothing, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling my display drivers and also looked into my BIOS which showed barely anything. Running in safemode also...
