Please help me. I just bought a Razer Arcosa Keyboard. It does not recognize certain combinations like Control+Alphabet (in game) Right Arrow+ Down Arrow + C (Never) Right Arrow+ Down Arrow + 5 (Never) I play FIFA 13. Should I go for a replacement?

ok..so it seems that this may well be the last one available..but the problem is that i do not have any relatives in UK or US...i could have arranged a purchase by some means if it was Dubai or Australia or even Canada..I live in India..is there a solution to that..? :(
