    Question Is it possible for a faulty CPU to manifest itself in the motherboard's VGA or BOOT QLEDs ?

    A test at a local computer shop revealed the CPU not POSTing on an otherwise working motherboard, while my ASUS motherboard did POST with their CPU. Filed an RMA with AMD. Just received a confirmation from them that the CPU is going to be replaced.
