Question Mixing fan brands on radiators

I saw a very good video reviewing those fans and compared to non-rgb, but with real life performance and real life variables. From what I saw, the P12s had a bit more CFM, which would probably be safe to leave the difference at 5%, but not sure

Question Mixing fan brands on radiators

So per example, I'd add the new fans to CPU_FAN2 header. I can configure the Pull to be 5% higher, maybe?

Question Mixing fan brands on radiators

Hello. So, I'm thinking of adding 3x RGB fans to my Arctic LF2 360mm. I was thinking of getting 3 Thermalright TL-12C-S RGB and use them as push and the stock Arctic P12s as pull. What's the issue that can be created from this, since they differ in RPM but have similar CFM?

    Question System fan curves

I updated it now. As for the curves, they came at balanced, but I'm messing around a bit as I discovered that I can change the GPU fan curves.

    Question System fan curves

Damn, you went philosophical and I loved it! As a fun fact, I ended up discovering that I can actually mess around with the GPU fans as well. They come with a 0 RPM until 40°C (Hot-spot temperature), but I ended up doing a few tests and minimum RPM I can set is 38%. I messed around a bit with...

    Question System fan curves

Hi. So, I want to mess around a bit with the fan curves in the bios to achieve optimal airflow for better temperatures. I'm using an ASRock Z790 mobo. My system airflow is as follows: 2x Arctic P12 120mm as intake at the bottom 3x 120mm from GPU radiator (Sapphire RX 6900 XT Toxic Extreme...

    Question PCIe 3.0 Vertical Bracket

Hello. Currently, I have an ASRock Z790 PG Sonic motherboard, running a RX 6900 XT on the 1st PCIe slot (CPU 1x PCIe 5.0 x16 slot) and the NVMe SSD also on the 1st slot for SSD (CPU Hyper M2 Socket, PCIe Gen4x4). I'm looking into buying a vertical GPU mounting kit, and found a Phanteks PCIe...

Question Am I in risk of damaging my components?

So I'll be safe for a few years? I don't mind the little noise, I mind the actual performance and if it doesn't ruin my other components. Unfortunately, didn't plan my build correctly enough, even though I did a big enough case. Today I'm testing the airflow with some incense and installing that...

Question Am I in risk of damaging my components?

Also just checked Jayz' video on this, and this position is fine. Not optimal as if it was upside down, but still fine

Question Am I in risk of damaging my components?

What if I can't install any other way?? The case is big by itself, but the tubes aren't long enough. Assuming I'm going to be pushing this to play at 1440p ultra for some gaming sessions during the week, but I'll do regular cleaning and maintenence, do you think it can last me long enough?

Question Am I in risk of damaging my components?

Hello. This is my new PC Build. Unfortunately, I couldn't place any of the AIOs at the front with the tubes on the bottom. I had to put my CPU AIO (Arctic Liquid Freezer II 360) at the front with the tubes at the top as intake, and my GPU AIO (Saphire RX 6900 XT Toxic Extreme Edition) at the top...

Question Arctic Liquid Freezer II Backplate for LG 1700

I got the Arctic Liquid Freezer II today, and I want to install it on an ASRock Z790 PG Sonic for an i5 13600KF. This is the backplate I got. This isn't correct, right? Do I need the Upgrade Kit?

Question PCI-E Cables for 6900 XT

The RMe 850W I got only has the pigtail and the single PCI-E cable. I did my math, and single cable will give 150W, the Mobo can give 75W and the Pigtail can give another 225W (supposedly). This GPU can reach 360W from the Toxic boost, but I think it should be fine?

Question PCI-E Cables for 6900 XT

Hello. So, I'm getting the Saphire 6900 XT Toxic Extreme Edition, which requires 2x8 pin and a 1x6 pin cables. But I got the Corsair RM850e, which only includes a pigtail from 8 pin to 2x6+2 pin and a single 8 pin cable. Am I safe of problems if I connect the Single 8 Pin to the 1st slot, and...
