Just put together a new PC, running Ryzen 7 2700x on X470 Taichi using the included Wraith Prism cooler, and it seems at 100% load and over 80 degrees the fans never go up to 100% speed. I did a Prime95 stress test (Small FFTs), on HWiNfo64 CPU temperature peaked at around 81 degrees celcius...
