With regard to trying the Q6600 @ 2.4ghz or the Q6700 @ 2.66ghz, what would be the best frequency of RAM to pair off with these processors? Will the 745's buss run at 1066 to allow for a 1:1 ratio with RAM and processor??? That would be too good to be true!!! Anyone?

Are you 64 bit? From the benchmarks I have seen, there is a huge performance jump running your setup in 64 bit. How are the temps? Did you run HWiNFO to see if it all looks good?

What version of Windows? Can you get to the bios setup? Can you get it to boot to a restore disk? Let us know if you solved it!
