Is it necessary to format the partition after being deleted?

I want to know. While installing Windows, when you delete a partition and create a new one in the unallocated space, is it necessary to format the partition after, before installing windows, or it doesn't matter because the partition delete will erase the data anyway? That's my question. Thanks

    Stuck in boot loop

It depend if you make regular backups. If you do a repair you will not loose anything. but if you make a fresh install with a format then yes. It's best to go to a computer shop if you don't know how to.
