whatever you did is actually right the thing is after you import them and test the profiles you need to choose them as default profile .. for example i use "legion we are many profile" in my k70 rgb near that u can see a button which will show all options just select make this default...

your complicating it too much with clone, ive tested clone and from time to time i get registry errors which is annoying i suggest you to just install clean OS in SSD and transfer whatever u deem is important

If your key is legitimate then you can format your HDD and reinstall windows 8.1 and use the same key in your SSD it should work fine

1070 is about to be released in India i personally will be testing the 1070 card day after tomorrow ( in chennai ) please wait for 2 to 3 weeks you will be able to see in all merchant websites

Shipping from Newegg to india isnt advisable since you will be paying a lot of extra tax money apart from the product's price instead you can buy the same 1070 in india and save a lot of money in regards to your question itmay take up to 1 month or 2 depending on how fast they clear it in customs
