I have been trying to uninstall a software called "Oursurfing" which I by mistake installed on my PC which resulted in slow PC(CPU usage never went below 70%). So I uninstalled it from control panel and deleted the remaining folders and files, but that didn't solved my problem so I scanned my PC...

I changed the SMPS and now everything is working fine. I think the SMPS was not able to provide enough power as it was old or maybe somehow got damaged. But now it is working like a new one. anyway Thanks for your time
