This was it, i tried again this morning and I got it to work. I think the two slot of my 6+2 pin wasn't in fully.

I have the latest bios version and my PSU is 5 years old. I don't think i have the space to plug it in bottom pcie.

I tried installing my GPU(9070 xt pulse) today from a 2070 super. I did uninstall my previous gpu drivers. But when i booted it up nothing was showing up on my display. I checked to see if I plugged in the pcie wrong several times but I still got the same results. I put my old GPU back in and...
