My WD Drive was password protected, upon inserting the drive it showed a prompt for password. However the prompt is not working leading to drive NOT getting mounted. WD Utilities is not detecting the drive either may be because it's not mounted. Tried on Mac & Windows, did'nt work. How to fix...
