But all fans spinning (except gpu). All leds are fine. Also, there was a bsod and after it the system aren't starting. It wasn't an electricity. Not sure how it all connected.

You mean reset cmos. And why should I switch psu? Also, for done reason fans on gpu aren't spinning. Is that all connected?
