Okay this is utterly weird. My CPU fan Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 rev. 2 doesn't work when plugged in to a cpu fan-port but works fine when plugged into a system fan-port. My case fan don't work either when plugged into a cpu fan-port, but my old cpu fan works fine when plugged into a cpu...
