When I connect my disk, the PC doesn't boot to Windows from it, but shows a black screen with "Reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected device and press a key". When I'm in bios, the disk is shown as connected to the SATA, but it's not visible in the boot menu...

Im getting i5-10400F (max. 2666MHz) and ASRock B460M Pro4 (max. 2933MHz). Should I buy a 2666MHz ram or a 3200MHz ram, considering they cost the same? RAMs last for a long time, so 3200MHz seems to be more future proof (but I'm not sure it doesn't have any downsides).

MSI B460M-A PRO or GIGABYTE B460M DS3H V2 are also an option - can't really choose between those four.

The ports etc. are enough on both, but I'm mainly concerned about the difference between cooling and build quality. Could anyone help me out?
