Low FPS in Battlefield 3 Multiplayer

As I stated above, you need faster RAM. In that video as well the person probably has 2133/2400MHz RAM.

Low FPS in Battlefield 3 Multiplayer

The reason he is getting better FPS in the Youtube video is because his RAM is 2400MHz. Faster RAM really helps with APUs, and 1866MHz will work, but wont really cut it for the size and variety of textures in BF3. Want to see a large improvement? I'd suggest investing in 2133 or 2400MHz RAM...

    Will a Phenom II x4 OC'd to 3.7 ghz bottleneck R9270X CF?

If you have a $400 budget for a board and CPU you can easily afford an 8350, a Hyper 212 Evo if you don't already have a solid heatsink, and a nice OCable MoBo with a 970 or 990 chipset. Or an ASUS Crosshair Formula, an FX-6300, and a nicer heatsink if you really want to OC and have a top end...

Is this a good gaming PC?

Well it links to the part of the site for building a PC with an APU. With an £800 budget there's no reason not to get an 8350/4670k

what can you guys say about this G skill Aegis cl11 1600?

If it's fast enough for you, for sure. G.Skill makes quality sticks, I'm sure it's some solid RAM. On the build I'll be ordering in about a month, however, RAM of that speed would create a noticeable bottleneck.

what can you guys say about this G skill Aegis cl11 1600?

Well, the timing is rather high for 1600MHz RAM. $5 more dollars (comparing 2x4GB Kit Prices) could have got you 2133MHz C11 RAM, or 1600MHZ C9 RAM from G.Skill.

    Expensive PC Build

Save some money and get a 2GB GTX770. The 256 bit bus width will never utilize the 4GB of RAM. Even if you want to SLI, where you enter an area of performance where the 4GB of GDDR5 could come in handy, it simply wouldn't be able to efficiently use it.
