Do you know if that processor will be good for live streaming / recording ?

I am looking to buy the AMD FX-8350 8-Core Black Edition Processor, Will that be fine with the 970? And will the Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P Motherboard work fine for this build?

Will it be a big issue, I have a R9 260X and im wondering if I will still get better performance with the 970.
