On further analysis, I DL'd CCleaner, and analyzed the disk to find 2.5TB of backup related items. Opening Backup and Restore and Managing the Space used for this function, I was able to delete some of the backups, freeing up an entire TB of space. So, this is solved. It just seems stupid...

So when I analyze my 4TB Samsung HDD with WinDirStat it shows the size of the total data on the disk as 1.1TB, but windows properties shows the disk as 3.48TB used and 160GB free. How do I find out what is using the other 2.3TB of space? And more importantly, how to make use of it? The...
