i too had this problem but i got out of it wid the help of a system restore.if u have a system restore point then ur off the risk ! or the other option is rebooting

Its not about permissions . its a virus Press winkey+ R type cmd press Enter go to C:/ Type: attrib autorun.inf press enter Type: del autorun.inf press enter Type: Exit press enter I hope that works . if not Update your antivirus And boot in to safe mode and scan your computer.
