Follow-up: I tried pinging 8.8.8.8 and I got an average of 35ms, which seems a little high. How would I go about fixing this issue?

Checked the ping to my router, all reponses took <= 1ms, so that seems fine. How would I check to see if I have any QoS software running? I think that might be the case but I'm not sure how to find out. Thanks for the help
