i tried 2 cables same result also every time i boot up my pc it doesnt recognize the ethernet so i need to reset the adapter

i have tried with windows drivers and realtek ones none of them work same result and i rolled back the drivers

ive been getting ping spikes on the Realtek GbE Family Controller it would jump to over 300ms and back down to 60ms so i tested it with a usb ethernet adapter (Linksys USB3GIGV1) (same cable) and it would stay at 60ms no ping spikes is there a way to fix the ping spikes on the realtek network...

I want to port forward Huawei E5186s-22a. i have virtual server setup with a static ip and port but i cant open the port. I tried turning off the firewall completely but it didn't work factory reset too.
