I FIXED THE ISSUE!!!
I just googled laptop gpu causes wifi interfernace found reddit post saying that overclocking GPU memory with MSI afterburner by 100mhz apparently solves the problem and it did.
The post is very old and some guy had a PC there which was causing...
I'll look into that, I live on Norway so buying anything from amazon is gonna have high shipping + import fees, i'll have to look locally, but stuff here is already expensive, although it will be cheaper than to buy from amazon .
i look into to it for sure. I just have few questions. The LAN cable which I have coming from my wall can I plug it in in that wifi booster/extender thingy and call it a day or i need this modem that you linked to, to plug the LAN cable in and then the repeater to the modem?

i was seeing signal quality while running a game and plugged in (thats when issue happens) it didnt seem to change much all other values also didnt seem to indicate drastic change
Oh yeah i remeber now, i think my virtual box was laggy without it, but i can try to switch it off. Is it possible to do it from device manager just to disable network adapter or i need to go to BIOS to see difference?
I think it's from Virtual Box i have Xubuntu installed there i was using it as my coding enviroment for my course. How do i switch it off ? then i can test if it fixes the problem
Yes sometimes i do change between WiFi and LAN and I'm not sure if only 1 network adapter is enabled so here is ipconfig/all result
