I allready did it like 10 times, but it doesnt respond when i change settings

So i bought the B450 Carbon Pro yesterday, install it and put all the drivers on it. But the Audio quality is really poor, its sounds like there is no audio driver installed. i have set everyting to Stereo, but it sound like 7.1 Surround sound and i cant make it stereo... does anyone know what...

No, i allways used the option from Nvidia to remove the old version and install the new one. The PSU is about 8 years old.(OCZ ZT Series 80 Plus Bronze modular (650 Watt, ATX) ) everything is running fine, even my i5-3570k OC to 4,4Ghz, no problems at all
