Well i can hear it from the pump, i had GameMax ICEBURG-240 Black and it was very good aio very silent and i didnt hear anything but this makes me crazy, but sometimes when i restart the Pc the sound is gone..

I mean i never heard this sound before, when i stop the fans the sound still is still there

I have new CPU cooler, a Cooler Master Hyper 212 RGB Black Edition and when I start a game its slightly whistling and also when I close game it's again whistling. When im doing nothing there is no whistling. Can someone help me ? CPU Cooler is new and installed fine.
